What does the Naylor Review mean for investors in healthcare estates?

Whitehouse’s leading team of healthcare policy specialists have produced a briefing on Sir Robert Naylor’s independent Review of NHS Property and Estates.

Sir Robert, a former Chief Executive of University College London Hospital, was appointed by Secretary of State Jeremy Hunt as the Government’s official advisor on healthcare estates in February 2016. His review has now been published, and sets out an ambitious vision for an NHS estate that delivers better outcomes for patients.

The Whitehouse briefing addresses its key findings; considers whether the Government will implement its recommendations in full; and assesses the implications for private sector organisations investing in the NHS.

The team produced a snapshot infographic which is available to view below, and provided comment on the Naylor Review for Health Service Journal, which is available here.
