Ken Clarke, Minister without Portfolio, is to visit China on a trade mission this week to ‘sell’ elements of the NHS. Clarke will be joined by a 50-strong delegation, with representatives of the private health sector including Bupa and ICNet, and the NHS being represented by Papworth NHS Foundation Trust and the Royal Free Foundation Trust.
