Issues-led communications specialist The Whitehouse Consultancy has strengthened its senior team with the promotion of both Katarzyna (Kasia) Wilk and Chris Rogers from Senior Consultant to Associate Director.
The promotions follow Whitehouse’s appointment of John Punter as Associate Director from Leonard Cheshire Disability in August, and the relocation of the agency to Southwark at the end of 2015. Wilk will continue to lead the agency’s EU public affairs team and takes the title Associate Director – European Affairs, while Rogers continues to lead Whitehouse public relations team and takes the title Associate Director – Public Relations.
Wilk joined Whitehouse in 2011, having previously worked in the European Parliament and for a number of European law firms, specialising in EU regulations and competition law. Her work for Whitehouse has included the expansion of the agency’s EU public affairs team, which has been shortlisted in the ‘EU consultancy campaign of the year’ category at the Public Affairs Awards for the last two years.
Rogers joined the Whitehouse team in 2010 having previously worked for Redleaf Communications, since running national campaigns including National Obesity Awareness Week (rebranded JanUary for 2016) and managing the agency’s PR, crisis communications and reputation management services. Rogers was elected to the PRCA’s 2016 PR Council in October and co-chairs the PRCA’s reputation group.
